Production Steps
Cutting & Layering
This step involves cutting the fabric for the garments according to the pattern and layering the cut pieces together. The fabric is cut using a cutting machine or by hand, and the cut pieces are then arranged in the correct order and pinned or taped together to create the layers of the garment.
Printing & Stiching
After the fabric is cut and layered, the next step is to print any designs or patterns onto the fabric and then sew the pieces together to create the finished garment. This step involves using industrial sewing machines or hand-sewing to join the pieces of fabric together. The printing can be done by screen printing or digital printing.
Checking & Packing
After the garments are sewn together, they are inspected for any defects or issues. This step is known as Quality control, where the garments are checked for size, color, and any other required specifications. Once the garments pass inspection, they are folded and packaged for shipment or storage. The garments are then sent for packing, labeling and tagging before they are ready for shipment.
